Dosage Instructions

As Rejuvenative – 1 tablet twice with warm water or milk. For Constipation – 2-4 tablets 2-3 times daily depending upon the constipation or 2 – 4 tablets during bed time with warm water or milk.
Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
